For custom orders, Team or club orders you must have these bellow mention things:

• Authorization from your club to place the clothing kit order
• Logo artworks
• files for any embroidery requirements (or we can set this up for you)
• Product styles and colors
• Sizes and quantities
• Method of payment

If you’re a new customer, or updating your style and/or colors please allow time for all new designs and colors to be approved, the clock does not start ticking on any order until we re-confirm all the details from you.

When you are ready to confirm the order for production, we also ask you to pay a 50% nonrefundable deposit (balance due before dispatch), and if the order invoice is below 1000 POUND, then you must have to pay full invoice amount in advance.

Our E-commerce store have ordering facility for you clubs and teems, we will be taking all the responsibility for club kit orders. Clubs not have to take any responsibility like sizes, colors, money on every individual order, we will set create a club page and team page, club members can order directly and pay for their kit orders online.

We use clear re-seal-able recycled polythene bag for all our custom sports clothing orders. On which clearly mention the product name, size and specification.

Individual club members orders will be label and pack separately if you want. You just have to hand them out. For these services, please let us know in advance and please send us full team order detail and we will be proceed as per your instructions.

Deliveries are made to the address specified when ordering, unless otherwise instructed within 2-4 weeks of your order and design confirmation and your deposit.  All order is dispatched by courier and will need to be signed for.
