Retail Stock Items.

Prices

The prices payable for goods shall be as LETWEAR price list current at the time of dispatch. Buyer has to pay all the Local taxes where applicable. LETWEAR reserves all the right to revise prices and specifications.

Note: Discounted or free product offers not apply to products purchased before or after the specified promotional period.

 Our retail prices already reflect the current local tax rate and the prices shown on our website are correct.

 Please note, the Delivery P&P prices on our website cover delivery (carriage/postage) of products to the end customer. Overseas customers have to aware that these prices do not cover any additional import duties or taxes which may be by the government of that particular country - the end customer will be responsible for paying any such charges.

Placing Your Stock Order.

When you place an online order, you will be receiving a confirmation email from us. This confirms we have received your order on our system. If you do not receive a confirmation email then we cannot guarantee that your order was processed successfully or not - therefore please you have to contact us if you are in doubt.

Please note, if we are unable to fulfil your order because of stock availability or delivery restrictions, we have rights to cancel your order - if this should occur, we will notify you ASAP and will arrange to refund for you accordingly.

Orders received before 2pm will be dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability). Please notify us any changes to your order before 2pm.

Payment Details.

Full payment for online stock orders or custom product orders is required at the point of checkout using a Debit or Credit card.

LETWEAR reserves all the right to refuse sale or withdraw from sale any item without reason or notice. If any disputes issue arise regarding this website, such disputes shall be resolved according to the laws in United Kingdom.

Prices

The prices payable for all goods shall be those in LETWEAR price list current at the time of dispatch. Local taxes where applicable will be added to all amounts buyer have to pay. LETWEAR reserves the right to revise all the prices and specifications.

Placing Your Customized Order.

We will only begin to process your order & assign an estimated delivery date upon receipt of the following information:

1. Final style, including fabric colors
2. Final quantity and sizes
3. All artwork, logo, design, names, and numbers if relevant.
4. Payment details

If you require any individual names or numbers on garments, you must have to provide us with a typed list corresponding to the appropriate names/numbers to the garment and size.

Note: Garment photos and color charts in our brochure and on our website are representational and may not match the actual fabric 100%. Variations may occur between different fabrics, printing and between sublimated and pre-dyed fabrics.

Payment Details.

The following methods are approved for payment of team orders:

1. Full payment in advance by cheque, credit card or bank transfer
2. School/Organization Purchase Order

Please note that we require the full payment within three days of confirmation of order. Payment details can be found on the attached invoice also.

As a custom manufacturer, where goods are made-to-order, we can only start production once full payment has been received. In turn, when your order will be ready it will be dispatched to you immediately. Unfortunately, any delays in payment may delay your delivery date also.

Payment may be made by cheque, credit card or bank transfer (online) (see invoice for bank details).

LETWEAR reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts of 5% over the Bank base rate to run from the due date for payments (one week from the date of goods are ready) until the full payment has been received.

All goods supplied will remain the sole and absolute property of LETWEAR until the Buyer has paid in full.

Changing or Cancelling an Order.

Our goal is to service all our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Therefore, please note that once order is confirmed and scheduled into the production queue, we cannot make any changes. Additions will be handled the separate order with all applicable surcharges.

Order Minimums.

Due to the complexities involved in custom-manufacturing, there are no any minimum order quantities with us.

Shipping & Delivery.

Shipping is included in the quoted price

Production time-frames are as followed:

Lycra Kit: Approx 3-4 weeks

Outerwear: Approx 4-5 weeks

Technical Kit: Approx 3-4 weeks

Casual Kit: Approx 3-4 weeks

Please note that using the Team store online facility can be alter these lead times. The lead time will begin once the order window closes and confirm.

Orders that require new artwork - we will be create the artwork based on specifications you have provided and then email this to you for approval. Delays in this process may be delay your order.

Due to the inherent variables in custom manufacturing, all delivery dates quoted are estimates and cannot be guaranteed 100%.
